I was homeless, out on the streets and I didn’t have anywhere to go. So, I went to a local shelter and they told me about Precious Lamb. From the very first meeting, they accepted my son and I with open arms. They treated us like family. Ms. Lailanie is one of the greatest people I’ve ever met in my whole entire life. She has helped a lot of children and a lot of families begin another journey of life to get up off the streets. But not just off the streets, she gave us hope. She gave us the ability to dream of what
we can accomplish. She taught us all that anything is possible. The teachers Mrs. Cricket, Mrs. Debbie and Mrs. Keely have played a big part in my son’s life. They taught him a lot and he has become an amazing young man. If it wasn’t for this place, I don’t know where we would be. Even to this day, every holiday Precious Lamb invites us to their events like we are family, even though our kids have long since graduated. I just want to say how deeply grateful my family is of this place and hope that you will continue to help kids grow for the next twenty years.
